If I was already using online and mobile banking, do I need to re-enroll?

No, your existing user ID and password will work just fine. What you will need to do though, is activate two-factor authentication, also called 2FA.

Don't worry, all you will need is access to a cell phone where you can receive text messages or any phone you can receive calls on. 

If I don't already have online and mobile banking, how do I enroll?

Enrollment is easy! Enroll now by clicking the Enroll link on our home page or downloading the app from Google Play or the App Store. To complete the enrollment process you will need:

  • Your account number(s)
  • Your Social Security number (SSN)
  • Email address you have on file with us
